Thank you for joining me at Journaling Bee! I hope you find a little encouragement, inspiration, and nourishment for your soul during your visit here.
Growing closer to Jesus in my daily walk is very important to me as is growing stronger in my prayer life. I feel strongly that this should be the desire of every Christian.
To grow our relationship with Jesus, we need to spend time with Him. This may look different for each of us, but should include one-on-one time with Him in prayer, His Word, and with His people (fellow believers).
Our lives are hectic and busy, so finding time with Jesus may prove to be a struggle. The enemy (Satan) will do his best to keep us distracted. And he is so sneaky, it may be difficult to see what he is doing to keep our focus away from Jesus.
That is why it is important to make building that relationship with Jesus a priority.
While I admit that I don’t have all the answers, my hope is that we can inspire and support each other as we learn together.
After our time together, I pray that you will leave refreshed, renewed, and re-energized in your Christian walk.
My Prayer for Journaling Bee
Holy Father,
I pray that I will always remember that this is Your blog, not mine. I pray that You get all the glory and that I am an invisible, willing instrument doing Your Will.
I will trust You to give me the words to write and when to write them. Help me to be truthful and sincere.
Please use me to reach others for Your Kingdom and to offer encouragement, support, and inspiration where needed. Give me strength, stamina, and courage to stand firm against Satan’s distractions and deceptions.
Help me to remain pliable to Your Will and help me to learn what You need me to know and show me how to share that knowledge with others.
In Jesus Name I pray,
